Ordering

How quickly will you ship my order?
Orders placed before 5:00 PM ET on weekdays go into processing the same day. Processing takes 1–2 business days, after which your order ships.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as your order hasn't shipped yet. Email us as soon as possible at info@sonayah.com with your order number.

Will I receive a confirmation?
Yes. You'll get an order confirmation by email right away, and a shipping confirmation with your tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.

Shipping

How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 5–8 business days in total (1–2 business days of processing plus 4–6 business days in transit). You'll receive a tracking number by email. During the holiday season, allow an extra day or two.

How much does shipping cost?
Nothing. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States, and all prices are in US dollars (USD).

Exchanges and Returns

Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes. Email us and we'll help you. An exchange is handled as a return plus a new order, and we'll guide you through every step.

How long do I have to return an item?
30 days from the day you receive your package. See our return policy for the details.

Who pays for return shipping?
If you change your mind, return shipping is your responsibility. Email us first at info@sonayah.com; once your return is approved, we'll send you the return address and instructions. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we cover the return shipping.

Sizes and Fit

How do I find the right size?
Tap "Size Chart" on the product page to see the measurements. Tip: measure a piece you already own and love, and compare.

Do your clothes run large or small?
Most pieces follow standard US sizing. If you're between two sizes, choose the larger one for coats and knitwear you'd like to layer. Still unsure? Email us your height and usual size and we'll help you choose.

Do you carry extended sizes?
Most styles come in sizes S to 3XL, and some go up to 5XL. You'll see the available sizes on each product page.

Caring for Your Clothes

How should I wash knitwear?
Hand wash in cold water, or use the wool or delicate cycle with cold water and a low spin. Lay flat to dry and never put knitwear in the dryer.

Can viscose go in the dryer?
No. Viscose can stretch and lose its shape in the dryer. Hang it to dry instead.

How do I care for my coat?
Always follow the care label inside the coat. Most wool-blend coats should be spot cleaned or dry cleaned. Hang it on a wide hanger to keep its shape.

Materials and Production

Where are your clothes made?
Our pieces are made by manufacturing partners, mostly in Asia, and we're open about that.

How do you choose your pieces?
We look for pieces you'll wear season after season: good fabrics, easy fits and styles that go with what you already own, rather than fast trends.

Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

When will my card be charged?
Your payment is processed when you place your order.

Is it safe to shop with you?
Yes. Our checkout is secured with SSL encryption and runs on Shopify Payments, the same secure checkout used by many of the largest online stores.
