30-day easy returns

Return period: You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return the products.
Condition: The items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Easy returns: Returning an item to us is simple, and our customer service team will provide you with full support.

Return costs

For defective products: No cost to the customer. This applies if the wrong product was sent, the product was damaged during transport, or is otherwise defective.
If the customer changes their mind: The actual return costs are the customer's responsibility. This applies, for example, if the customer ordered the wrong item, the item does not fit, or the customer simply does not wish to keep it. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and will not be refunded.

How to return a product

Contact us: Send an email to info@sonayah.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Receive instructions: We will send you a return authorization and detailed step-by-step instructions.
Secure your product: Pack your product securely in the original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documents.
Return label: The customer must purchase the return label themselves, print it, and attach it to the package.
Send the package: Forward the package to the carrier specified in the email.

Refund procedure

Verification: Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the product for compliance with the terms of our return policy.
Refund: Once verified, we will process your refund. It may take up to 7 business days for the amount to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.
