Return Policy

We want you to be happy with what you buy. If not, you can send it back. It should be simple — no hassle and no fine print.

30-day right of return

You have 30 days to change your mind from the day you receive your package. You do not need to give a reason — just notify us within the deadline and send the item back.

How to return an item

  1. Write to info@sonayah.com with your order number and which items you want to return.
  2. Once your return is approved, we will email you the return address and step-by-step instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging (or something similar), and drop off the package at your nearest USPS, UPS or FedEx location.
  4. We will issue a refund as soon as we have received and inspected the package — typically within 5 business days.

What should I be aware of?

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it — without marks, odors, or signs of use.
  • Labels may be cut off, as long as the item is unused.
  • The return shipment is your responsibility until we receive it.
  • You must pay the return shipping yourself. If the item is defective or incorrect, we will of course pay the shipping.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange sizes or colors. Write to us, and we will take care of it. Technically, an exchange is handled as a return + a new purchase, but we will guide you through it.

Refunds

The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the purchase. We refund:

  • The price of the item
  • The original shipping cost (only if you return the entire order)

You pay the return shipping cost yourself unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Complaints

If the item is defective or does not match the description, write to us at info@sonayah.com with a description of the fault and, preferably, a picture.

We are a small team, and we treat every return as feedback. If something did not fit, did not fall as expected, or simply was not for you — tell us why. It helps us make better choices next time.
