We ship throughout the United States. We pack your pieces carefully and dispatch them quickly - typically within 1–2 business days.

At Sonayah Boutique, we cover the shipping costs - on every order, throughout the United States. You only pay for the pieces, not for shipping. All prices are in US dollars (USD).

Processing time
Orders placed before 5:00 PM ET on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM ET or at the weekend are processed the next business day. Processing takes 1–2 business days and shipping 4–6 business days - a total of 5–8 business days.
During the peak season (November–December), processing time may be slightly longer. We will let you know if this affects your order.
Track & trace
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as the package has been dispatched with one of our trusted carriers, such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. You can follow the package all the way to your door.
If the package does not arrive
If the package has gone missing or is delayed, please write to us at info@sonayah.com. We track the package and find a solution - either by sending a new one or refunding you.
Packaging
We pack in recycled paper packaging and use paper tape. No plastic, no unnecessary filler. The package can be returned directly in the same packaging.
