These terms apply to sales, promotional prices and discounts on sonayah.com. By ordering during a promotion, you agree to these terms.

1. Promotional prices

From time to time we offer selected pieces at a reduced price for a limited period. The sale price is shown on the product page. When a promotion ends, the product returns to its regular price.

2. Buy more, save more

When you buy several pieces in one order, you receive an extra discount of up to 25%. The discount that applies is shown in your cart and applied automatically at checkout.

3. Discount codes

• Discount codes (for example a welcome code) are entered at checkout and can be used once per customer, unless stated otherwise.
• Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined with each other.
• Codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

4. Changes to promotions

We may change or end a promotion at any time. A change never affects orders that have already been placed: you always pay the price shown at checkout.

5. Returns of discounted items

Items bought on sale or with a discount can be returned under our Return Policy. We refund the amount you actually paid.

6. Errors

If a price is clearly shown incorrectly because of a technical error, we will contact you before shipping and offer you the choice of the correct price or a full refund.
